We are using postures, breathing exercises, meditation, awareness of the body and/or mind, and relaxation to empower each individual to take a more active role in their self-care.
Yoga, as a moving meditation, helps the body, emotions or patterns of thinking and provides a practical approach to developing a positive state of health.
Both breathing and asana practices help with pain management, fatigue, sleeplessness and are often used to enable people to feel better or improve their day to day life.
